A story woven through generations
It began in a tent in the Iranian desert, where a young father saw what a centuries-old craft could do. He brought that passion back to Belgium and spent four decades carrying pieces into clients' homes. His son Thibault sold his first rug at eleven. The same instinct runs through everything that leaves the TVR atelier in Evergem today: hand-knotted in the Himalayas from cashmere, natural silk and nettle fibre.

Thibault Van Renne makes bespoke hand-knotted rugs and carpets from cashmere, natural silk and Himalayan nettle fibre. Every piece is designed in our atelier in Evergem, Belgium, and knotted by hand in Nepal and India. The collections run from contemporary abstracts to reinterpretations of ancient Persian motifs. You can see them by private appointment at the showroom, or through our network of interior designers worldwide.
