The trade programme

Interior designers, architects, project buyers, and hospitality teams bring us a large part of our work. The trade programme puts that relationship on a formal footing. Once approved, your trade discount applies automatically across the full collection, visible whenever you are signed in and using the configurator.

Who qualifies

The programme is open to:

• Interior designers and decorators working on residential or commercial projects
• Architects specifying rugs as part of a wider brief
• Retailers carrying complementary product lines
• Hospitality buyers sourcing for hotel, restaurant, or spa environments
• Project managers overseeing large-format or multi-room commissions

If hand-knotted rugs come up regularly in your work, we invite you to apply.

How it works

1. Apply. Fill in the short form below with your professional details. There is no fee and no obligation.

2. Get approved. We review every application personally. You will hear back by email, typically within one business day.

3. See your pricing. Once approved, sign in and open any rug in the configurator. Your trade price is shown alongside the retail figure. The discount applies at checkout, both online and for bank-transfer orders.

Bespoke and custom work

Trade clients have full access to the custom-made programme. You can specify dimensions, pile height, knot density, colour palette, and weave origin. We hand-knot a sample before production begins, and we confirm the lead time and price for each project.
